Fair Play

One of the primary concerns of our online gaming operation is to guarantee a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for our Players.

The Company (as defined in the User Agreement) understands the importance of explaining how this is actually done:

To assure the integrity of our games, a trusted Random Number Generator (RNG) is always used to determine the outcomes of our games. This RNG is utilized to generate each event that makes up each poker hand to ensure compliance with relevant standards. The system has been rigorously tested by running millions of hands and examining results.

We also provide our Players with an easy to view log of their game results via their Hand moment (history) and pokercraft feature. This information may be reviewed while Players are seated at the table, and displays amounts wagered, cards dealt and game results.

In all cases, the Company considers the best interests of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules.

Our RNG is certified by BMM Testlabs.
