Aleksei "Ha KoJleHu" Vandyshev, a Russian professional poker player, hailing from St. Petersburg, accomplished a remarkable achievement in 2021 by winning the $5,000 MAIN EVENT Online Championship of the 2021 WSOP Online on GGPoker.
This was a truly significant moment in his career, as he managed to outlast a pool of 4,092 players across 27 opening days, and then on Day 2 with 720 remaining players, he eventually claimed the coveted WSOP gold bracelet.
This momentous win made him the first Russian player to win the WSOP Online Main Event. His future fellow Team Champion member Epsen Jorstad also sat at that final table in the WSOP Main Event, where he was eliminated in 6th place.
Vandyshev's journey to becoming a poker pro began after completing his education at one of the most renowned math programs in the world. He spent many years honing his skills by playing online and constantly working on improving his game.
His dedication paid off in 2015, when he hit his first significant cash, winning the No Limit Hold'em BPT Cup in Montenegro for €5,530. Through his continuous hard work and dedication, his poker career has grown, and he achieved his ultimate goal of earning himself a life-changing sum of $2,543,072 and a coveted WSOP Bracelet.
Vandyshev is a respected poker community figure known for his expertise as a coach and theoretician. His aggressive and creative playing style is renowned among his peers.
